Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our team in Muharraq Bahrain. As a Machine Operator you will be responsible for setting up and operating various types of machinery to produce high-quality products. Your main duties will include preparing and loading materials into the machines, monitoring the production process, performing quality checks and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

To be successful in this role you should have previous experience as a Machine Operator and possess excellent technical skills. You must also have strong attention to detail, good communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Set up machines according to production requirements
• Load raw materials into the machines
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality output
• Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed
• Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
• Conduct quality checks on finished products
• Keep accurate records of production data
• Adhere to safety regulations at all times

• High school diploma or equivalent additional technical training is a plus
• Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Good communication skills in English knowledge of Arabic is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
