We are looking for a creative, energetic, and highly organized Marketing & Content Creator to join us. This role is primarily focused on creating engaging content that showcases our products, workshops, and brand while maintaining a welcoming studio environment. The ideal candidate should be confident in videography, approachable with customers, and capable of assisting with workshops. Sell products to customers, collect payments, do bookkeeping and take care of stock.

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content for Instagram, Tik Tok, and other social media platforms.
• Film and edit high-quality photos and videos of products, workshops, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Develop creative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales.
• Create promotional materials, reels, stories, and educational content.
• Stay updated with social media trends and implement new content ideas.
• Monitor engagement and suggest improvements to marketing strategies.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure consistent brand messaging.

• Assist in conducting candle-making workshops when needed.
• Guide customers throughout their workshop experience in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ensure participants have a memorable and enjoyable experience.
• Help prepare materials and workstations before each session.

• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the studio at all times.
• Ensure workshop stations are cleaned and reset after every session.
• Keep products, displays, and storage areas neat and well-organized.
• Assist in maintaining a welcoming environment for all visitors.

• Be approachable, friendly, and professional with every customer.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding products and workshops.
• Assist walk-in customers with product recommendations and purchases.
• Represent the Waxora brand positively both online and in person.

• Experience in content creation, photography, or videography.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Tik Tok, and social media trends.
• Basic video editing skills (Cap Cut, Canva, Adobe, or similar).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Comfortable speaking to customers and appearing on camera.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Passion for arts, crafts, or candle making.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or workshops is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and responsible.
• Team player with excellent organizational skills.

• Produce consistent, high-quality content
• Make sales and do bookkeeping on Excel
• Increase online engagement and brand visibility.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
