Chef

As a Sous Chef in our bustling kitchen you will work alongside our Head Chef to ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant Our ideal candidate is a skilled and experienced chef who has a passion for food and a desire to create delicious and visually appealing dishes

• Assisting the Head Chef in planning and developing menus
• Preparing ingredients for cooking including peeling cutting and seasoning
• Overseeing the cooking process to ensure quality and consistency
• Training and supervising junior kitchen staff
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed
• Adhering to all food safety standards and regulations

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
• Proven knowledge of various cooking techniques ingredients and equipment
• Ability to multitask and work in a high-pressure environment
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with other kitchen staff members
• In-depth understanding of food safety standards and regulations
• Culinary degree or equivalent training preferred

Salary 1200$ per month

Location Muharraq Bahrain

Preference for Bahraini or GCC nationality
