A temporary restaurant manager is needed for a busy establishment in Muharraq. This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking for short-term employment. The salary for this role is 1500$ and the candidate must have prior experience in the restaurant industry. Accommodation will not be provided, so it is preferred that the candidate is already based in Muharraq or has their own accommodation arrangements.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.
• Create work schedules and ensure proper staffing levels to meet business needs.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing training for existing staff.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items and improve existing dishes.

Requirements:
