We are searching for an experienced and skilled Part-Time Restaurant Manager to join our team in Muharraq, Bahrain. As a part-time manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant during your scheduled shifts. This position is ideal for someone who has previous experience as a restaurant manager and is looking for a flexible schedule.

• Oversee all aspects of the restaurant during scheduled shifts, including customer service, food quality, and employee performance
• Train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company policies and procedures
• Create and maintain employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage during busy periods
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
• Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
• Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure food is prepared according to customer specifications and served in a timely manner

• Previous experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.
