Baker, Restaurant​/Food Service

As a Baker in Muharraq Bahrain you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of baked goods such as breads pastries cakes and other desserts You will work closely with our team to ensure that our bakery consistently produces high-quality products that meet our customers expectations

• Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods according to established recipes and quality standards
• Creatively decorate and design cakes and pastries for special occasions
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain stock
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with food safety regulations
• Train and guide assistant bakers in proper techniques and procedures
• Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and improve existing ones
• Communicate effectively with customers to fulfill orders and provide exceptional service

• Proven experience as a baker or pastry chef
• In-depth knowledge of baking techniques measurements and ingredients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills to meet strict production schedules
• Creativity and artistic skills for decorating cakes and pastries
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation practices
• Good communication skills to work effectively in a team environment

• High school diploma or equivalent culinary school diploma or degree is preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience working as a baker or pastry chef
• Must be physically able to stand for long periods of time lift heavy objects and work in hot environments
• Successful completion of food safety training courses is preferred
