About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Waiter Waitress to join our team at a busy restaurant in Muharraq. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be able to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

• Greet and seat customers taking their orders and answering any questions they may have
• Ensure prompt and accurate service delivering food and beverages to tables
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area
• Handle any complaints or issues from customers in a professional manner
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
• Upsell menu items and promote special offers to customers
• Follow all health safety and sanitation guidelines

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a waiter waitress in a restaurant setting
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers kitchen staff and management
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for processing payments accurately
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus including wine selections is preferred but not required
• Must be physically fit as the job requires standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy trays or equipment as needed

The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.

This is a contract job with the possibility of extension based on performance.

This position does not include accommodation.
