Pastry Chef at Luxury Hotel

We are seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team at a luxury hotel in Muharraq As a Pastry Chef you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of desserts pastries and breads for our guests The ideal candidate will have a passion for pastry-making and be able to produce visually appealing and delicious treats

• Create and prepare high-quality desserts pastries and breads according to the hotels standards
• Develop new recipes and menu items based on seasonal ingredients
• Ensure all pastry items are consistently presented and served according to established guidelines
• Maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies and place orders when necessary
• Train supervise and mentor junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff
• Monitor food costs minimize waste and adhere to food safety regulations

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Pastry Chef in a reputable hotel or restaurant
• Culinary degree or equivalent certification in pastry arts preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends evenings and holidays as needed
• Knowledge of various decorating techniques such as piping glazing and sculpting
• Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards

Salary $1100 per month tax-free City Muharraq Bahrain accommodation provided
