As an entry-level Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, and managing a team of servers, cooks, and other staff members. Your main responsibilities will include creating work schedules, training new employees, handling customer complaints, and maintaining inventory levels.

This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work well under pressure. You must also have excellent communication skills and be able to multi-task effectively. Previous experience in the restaurant industry is not required; we are willing to train someone who is passionate about learning and growing within our company.
