As a Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations, create and develop new menu items, and ensure high-quality food standards are met.

• Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, recipe development, and food costing
• Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations
• Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies
• Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are followed at all times
• Collaborate with the Head Chef to create new dishes and maintain consistency in existing menu items
• Oversee preparation of all dishes according to set recipes and presentation standards
• Monitor portioning and waste control to maintain food costs within budget

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavors
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure
• Familiarity with food safety regulations
• Creativity and passion for creating new dishes
• Ability to adapt to changing menus and prioritize tasks accordingly

We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month along with opportunities for growth within our company.
