We are in search of an experienced and skilled Head Chef to join our team at a prestigious restaurant in Muharraq, Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a creative flair for developing new dishes. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operation, managing a team of chefs, and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.

• Plan and develop menus according to seasonal availability and customer preferences
• Train and manage a team of chefs, including scheduling shifts and monitoring performance
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety within the kitchen
• Collaborate with the restaurant manager to ensure seamless service for guests
• Create new dishes and update existing menus to keep up with current food trends

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Head Chef in a high-end restaurant setting
• Extensive knowledge of international cuisine and cooking techniques
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with staff, management, and suppliers
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique dishes that will impress our guests
• Formal culinary training or certification is preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package starting at 1600$ per month, based on experience.
