Restaurant Manager (Contract)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Muharraq. As a Contract Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the restaurant, managing staff, maintaining quality standards, and providing excellent customer service.

• Oversee all aspects of daily operations including managing staff, inventory control, and quality control
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any issues or complaints promptly
• Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and standards
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the restaurant
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff and provide coaching and feedback to improve performance

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
• In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
• Proven track record of increasing revenue and profitability in previous roles
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
• Must have valid visa sponsorship for Muharraq

The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.

This is a contract job with no accommodation provided. The working hours are 8 hours per day, 6 days per week.

The restaurant is located in Muharraq city, Bahrain.

This position is open to candidates of all nationalities who have valid visa sponsorship for Muharraq.
