Contract Baker

We are searching for a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team on a contract basis in Muharraq. As a Contract Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious baked goods while adhering to strict quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for baking and the ability to work independently.

• Prepare and bake a variety of products such as bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods
• Follow recipes and measurements accurately to ensure consistency in product quality
• Monitor baking process, adjust oven temperatures and bake times as needed
• Decorate and finish products according to customer requests
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations at all times
• Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies, placing orders when necessary
• Keep work area clean and organized at all times

• Previous experience as a Baker or similar role
• Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and work independently
• Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills
• Biometric passport (preferred)
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays (if necessary)
