Merchandiser, Retail

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Muharraq Bahrain As a Merchandiser you will be responsible for planning and executing visual merchandising strategies to enhance our product displays and increase sales

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer preferences and buying trends
• Develop and implement creative merchandising strategies to showcase products effectively
• Ensure all products are properly displayed with accurate pricing and promotions
• Monitor stock levels and communicate any inventory needs to the sales team
• Conduct regular audits of product displays to maintain consistency and quality
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform merchandising decisions

• Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role is preferred
• Strong visual merchandising skills with an eye for detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Willingness to work flexible hours based on business needs

• Competitive salary of $1200 per month
