Entry‑level Merchandiser in Muharraq, Bahrain

We are hiring an entry‑level Merchandiser to join our team in Muharraq, Bahrain. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective strategies to increase sales and profits for our company.

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute merchandising plans
• Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking
• Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement
• Create eye‑catching displays to attract customers and promote products
• Ensure all products are properly labeled, priced, and stocked on shelves
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards
• Build strong relationships with vendors and negotiate favorable terms for new products
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to stay ahead in the market

• High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
