Merchandiser Assistant

We are hiring a talented and motivated Merchandiser Assistant to join our team in Muharraq

As a Merchandiser Assistant you will assist the Merchandiser in all aspects of product management and inventory control

Your main responsibilities will include maintaining stock levels coordinating with suppliers and vendors and ensuring that products are displayed effectively

Your main duties and responsibilities as a Merchandiser Assistant will include

• Assisting the Merchandiser in managing inventory levels to ensure optimum stock availability
• Coordinating with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products
• Ensuring that all products are accurately priced labeled and displayed according to company standards
• Conducting regular store visits to monitor product display stock levels and sales trends
• Collaborating with the marketing team to plan promotions and sales strategies
• Assisting in the development of merchandising plans for new product launches
• Conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
• Maintaining accurate records of all merchandise transactions including but not limited to purchases returns transfers and adjustments
• Assisting in the preparation of reports on sales performance and inventory levels

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role as a Merchandiser or Merchandiser Assistant
• Knowledge of inventory management principles and techniques
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Visa sponsorship is available for this position
