Cashier - Muharraq

We are currently hiring for a skilled and reliable Cashier to join our growing team in Muharraq. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in cash handling and customer service, with excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for accurately processing transactions, handling cash and credit payments, and providing exceptional service to our customers.

• Efficiently and accurately process customer transactions at the cash register
• Accept cash, credit, or debit payments from customers
• Count and verify money received during shift and reconcile with sales totals
• Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Ensure pricing accuracy by scanning or manually entering product prices
• Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, or store policies
• Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent education required
• Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role preferred
• Strong math skills to count money accurately and make change for customers
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers in a friendly manner
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic computer skills to process transactions using electronic registers

The salary for this position is $1100 per month.

This is a contract job located in Muharraq, Bahrain.
