Sales Manager - Muharraq, Bahrain
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Muharraq, Bahrain on a contract basis. This position is suitable for men without prior experience in the field.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and drive results
- Develop and execute sales plans to increase revenue and market share
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain existing partnerships
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Train and mentor sales representatives to improve their performance
- Report on sales metrics, revenues, expenses, and other key performance indicators
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach towards achieving company goals
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
