Sales Manager (Muharraq, Bahrain)
Looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Muharraq, Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Provide regular reports on sales performance
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the local market in Muharraq is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
