We are hiring a Part Time Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team in Muharraq, Bahrain. As a Part Time Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. You will also be responsible for managing and motivating a team of sales professionals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company's sales goals
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
• Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals
• Monitor market trends, competitors' activities, and industry developments
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences
• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
• Collaborate with marketing department to develop promotional materials

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.

Working Hours:

This is a part time position with flexible working hours. We are looking for candidates who can work at least 20 hours per week.

Location:

This position is based in Muharraq, Bahrain. Candidates must be currently residing in Muharraq or willing to relocate at their own expense.
