Courier

The Courier Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our courier team in Muharraq. This individual must have experience in the courier industry and be familiar with local routes and regulations. The ideal candidate will also have strong leadership skills and be able to effectively manage a team of couriers.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the courier team
• Train new couriers on company procedures and routes
• Ensure timely delivery of packages to customers
• Monitor courier performance and provide feedback for improvement
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries including tracking numbers and customer signatures
• Communicate with customers regarding any delivery issues or delays
• Handle customer complaints or inquiries in a professional manner
• Maintain a safe and efficient working environment for couriers

• At least 2 years of experience in the courier industry
• Familiarity with Muharraq routes and regulations
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Ability to handle customer complaints or inquiries in a professional manner
• Biometric passport required
• Must be willing to live on-site in company-provided accommodation

$1500 per month.

Muharraq, Bahrain. Preference given to candidates who are already based in Muharraq or willing to relocate.
