The Courier Delivery Specialist will be responsible for delivering packages and documents to various destinations in a safe and timely manner. This role requires a highly reliable and organized individual with excellent communication skills.

• Deliver packages and documents to designated locations within the given time frame
• Plan delivery routes to optimize efficiency
• Collect necessary paperwork and obtain signatures when delivering important documents
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries made and payments received
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction with delivery services
• Report any delays or issues encountered during deliveries to the appropriate supervisor
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating company vehicles

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Prior experience in a courier or delivery role preferred
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good knowledge of local roads and routes
• Ability to lift heavy packages up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
