Loader Supervisor

As a Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the loading and unloading of goods and materials at our warehouse in Muharraq. You will be in charge of a team of loaders, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires previous experience as a loader and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Accommodation will be provided, and candidates with their own visa are preferred.

• Oversee the loading and unloading of goods at the warehouse
• Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and safely
• Manage a team of loaders, providing guidance and support as needed
• Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies
• Maintain equipment used for loading, reporting any issues to management
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety and security
• Train new loaders on proper techniques for loading/unloading
• Communicate with other departments to coordinate loading schedules

• Previous experience as a loader or similar role
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
• Knowledge of safety procedures when handling heavy equipment
• Good communication skills to coordinate with other departments
• Physically fit, able to lift heavy objects
• Candidates with their own visa preferred
