Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist
Location: Mukilteo, WA Onsite
Salary: $58,240 - $66,560 DOE

Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist:
- Manage and collect outstanding customer accounts
- Contact customers regarding past-due balances and payment arrangements
- Research and resolve billing disputes, deductions, and payment discrepancies
- Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate records
- Monitor aging reports and prioritize collection efforts
- Partner with internal teams to resolve issues impacting payment processing
Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist:
- Experience in accounts receivable and commercial collections
- Strong knowledge of account reconciliation and aging management
- Experience researching and resolving customer payment discrepancies
- Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
