Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Mukilteo, WA On Site
Salary: $58,240 - $66,560 DOE

Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist:
- Process high-volume invoices accurately and efficiently
- Perform 3-way PO matching and resolve discrepancies
- Research and troubleshoot invoice, payment, and vendor account issues
- Maintain accurate AP records and supporting documentation
- Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding payment inquiries
- Assist with month-end accounts payable activities
Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist:
- Experience in high-volume accounts payable processing
- Strong purchase order (PO) matching experience
- Proven ability to research and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
