Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable / Collections Specialist:

• Manage customer invoicing and collections activities
  
  • Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
  
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues
  
  • Apply cash receipts and maintain accurate account records
  
  • Support reporting and month-end activities

Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable / Collections Specialist:

• 3+ years of Accounts Receivable and/or Collections experience
  
  • Knowledge of credit, collections, and cash application processes
  
  • Experience with ERP systems and accounting software
  
  • Strong Excel skills preferred
