Finance Manager

Summary

The Business Development Finance Manager supports the Chief Growth Officer in managing the Company's financial projections, forecasting, growth analysis, and quarterly reports. Works with executives, general managers, and directors to track Company's overall progress toward bookings, backlog, pipeline goals, and business opportunities. Reports to the Senior Director of Business Development Operations.

• Preparing Monthly/Quarterly/Annual reports for Executive Reviews
• Leads data management processes including CRM, proposals/quotes, pipeline, and forecasting
• Leading reporting/auditing of Business Development data process across Karman
• Assist in financial reconciliation and reporting
• Support M&A efforts and integration into Karman reporting processes
• Support the implementation of new system and automation approaches to drive efficiency and scale for financial processes.
• Supports the Market Directors with market sector financial analysis

• Required
  
  Education:
  
  Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related analytical field
• Preferred Education:
  
  Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related analytical field
• 3+ years in finance/accounting role; preferred, in engineering industry
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Proficient with ERP systems or other accounting software experience; preferred EPICOR
• Experience with CRM Software; preferred Pipedrive or Salesforce
• Proficiency in one or more data analysis and visualization tools; preferred Power BI
• Ability to communicate internally with executives and externally with customers/suppliers
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
