We’re looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English), self-motivated professional to join one of the top five performing teams in Washington. Fluency in both written and spoken Spanish and English is essential for effective communication with clients and teammates. Insurance experience isn’t required—we provide personalized, top-notch training to help you succeed.

$20–$24/hour starting wage (higher for experienced/bilingual candidates)

Respond to insurance questions, policy updates, claims, and billing

Review client coverage to uncover needs and recommend solutions

Upsell existing clients and identify new sales opportunities

Bilingual in Spanish & English (required)

Excellent communication skills in both languages

2+ years in customer service or sales

Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts Pay: $20–$25/hour + bonuses and commissions
