Barber​/Stylist

We are seeking an individual that is motivated and possess a genuine eagerness to acquire new skills and knowledge and can readily embrace change. As a Barber, you will provide exceptional grooming services to our valued clients, creating stylish and precise haircuts, beard trims, and shaves. We prioritize cleanliness and reliability in our shop, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for both staff and customers.

• Deliver excellent customer service, actively listening to clients' preferences and providing expert advice.
• Perform a wide range of barbering services, including haircuts, styling, beard trims, and shaves.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station, sanitizing tools and equipment regularly.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and barbering products.
• Build and maintain a loyal clientele by providing outstanding services and personalized experiences.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.

• Valid Washington Barbering/Cosmetology/Hair design license.
• Proven experience or training in barbering techniques and styles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional grooming services and staying current with industry trends.
• Detail-oriented, with a focus on cleanliness and hygiene.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
