An Outpatient/Ambulatory Clinic in Mukilteo, WA is looking for a Medical Assistant to join their
patient-focused team.
Overview of Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality care for examinations, treatment, and monitoring.

• Collect and document patient information, vital signs, chief complaint, medications, and allergies.

• Assist physicians and nursing staff with procedures like injections, EKGs, phlebotomy, and other
patient care tasks as directed.

• Coordinate patient care, manage tasking, handle phone calls, and document all actions taken
accurately in the EMR (Epic preferred).

• Prepare and clean patient rooms, set up instruments and equipment,and ensure strict infection control.
Schedule/Shift:

• 4x10s:
Work 4 days per week (40.0 hours).

Hours:

Shifts run from 6:45 AM - 5:45 PM, depending on clinic needs.

• Consistent Day Off:
At this time, enjoy Thursdays Off!
Pay:
$20 - $23 an hour (Dependant on experience)
Requirements:

• Medical Assistant Certification/Registration

• CPR/BLS

Skills:

• Experience performing injections.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills with a patient-centered mindset.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Proficient and concise EMR documentation (Epic experience preferred).

Contract Length:
1040 Hours. Opportunity to convert to permanent hire after satisfactory completion of contract.
