• Full‑time hours (if desired) after successful completion of hourly scheduling
• Competitive base pay: $22/hr with a valid CNA, HCA or MSW in Washington state
• Paid mileage reimbursement ($0.65 per mile) plus paid travel time between clients

• Opportunity to be promoted to Care Manager, Social Worker, Community Liaison, Marketer, Trainer, Office Manager, General Manager or Owner

• One‑on‑one personal in‑home care focusing on ADLs
• Day & evening shifts; weekdays and weekends available (no overnight shifts at the moment)
• Bonus pay for select holidays
• Must have a driver’s license, clean driving record and reliable car; mileage and driving time are paid
• Earn more the longer you stay with us (every 500 hours for the first year) and receive referral bonuses
• Must have a valid HCA (Home Care Aide) or CNA in Washington state
• COVID‑19 considerations: we supply PPE, provide latest training and protocols to ensure your safety
