Mukilteo, WA
We are seeking a full‑time Inventory Specialist to join the Engineering Support and Logistics Team at our Mukilteo, WA location. This critical role supports engineering operations by ensuring precise tracking, stocking and delivery of technical components and supplies. The ideal candidate enjoys working hands‑on and is motivated to help modernize and optimize inventory management processes.
Key Responsibilities- Order, receive, stock and organize inventory for engineering and manufacturing operations
- Contact approved vendors to reorder routine supplies and manage related documentation
- Verify part numbers and quantities using ERP systems and Excel‑based tracking tools
- Prepare and deliver kits and requested items to various departments throughout the facility
- Maintain clean, organized, and clearly labeled inventory areas
- Assist with resolving discrepancies, conducting inventory audits, and implementing process improvements
- Collaborate with engineers to identify opportunities for greater efficiency and throughput
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with inventory control, warehouse stocking, or product receiving (preferred)
- Exposure to engineering parts, bills of materials (BOMs), or knitting processes (preferred)
- Experience in manufacturing or aerospace environments with structured inventory systems (bonus)
- Background in technical support, logistics, or operations with a focus on process optimization (bonus)
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using computer‑based tools
- Familiarity with ERP systems, Excel‑based inventory tracking, barcode scanning tools, or MS Share Point
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
- Positive attitude and proven success in team‑oriented environments
- Comfortable with technology and interested in improving workflows through automation or digital tools
- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime if necessary
- Physically be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach overhead, and lift up to 45 lbs. unassisted
- Comfortable walking in a shop environment with exposure to dust, odors, oil, fumes and noise
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
- Pay: $20 - $25/hour DOE
