• Improve your processes and yourself each day.
• Operate within a team atmosphere to complete a product.
• Utilize different types of saws – band saw, table saw, panel saw.
• Utilize different types of pneumatic fasteners to assemble finished frames – staple guns, spring clip guns.
• Stand for the duration of a 10-hour shift.
• Able to lift 50 lbs frequently.
• Adhere materials to finished frames, such as textile and foam.
• Inspect final product for defects prior to shipment.
• Learn and do continuous improvement activities.

Regular schedule is 5:45 AM – 4:15 PM, Monday – Thursday. Potential overtime opportunities on Fridays.

For the last 50+ years, we have built high-quality furnishings for airplanes, homes, and commercial environments. We train teams in lean principles and provide tools and skills necessary to improve work and remove process burden.

• Starting wage of $19.10 per hour with a clear path for wage growth.
• Paid Time Off (PTO): 1 hour PTO for every 30 worked under 12 months, 70 hours PTO after 1 year, 110 hours after 3 years, 120 hours + 30 hours paid holiday during Christmas week after 5 years.
• Holidays:
  New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas paid for 10 hours after 1 month of employment.
• Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits:
  Eligible for coverage on the first day of the month following completion of 60 days of employment.
• Tuition Assistance:
  Eligible after 6 months of employment.
• 401(k):
  Employer match based on the profitability of the company.
