Machine Operator / Shop Assistant

Full-Time (M-F, 8am-4pm) | Entry-Level

$20 - $25 /hour + Overtime Potential

American Rifle Company designs and manufactures high-precision firearms components. We are a small, fast-paced team where taking initiative matters. If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to build a hands-on career in modern manufacturing, we want to hear from you.

• CNC Operation:
  Safely load, unload, and cycle CNC machinery
• Quality Assurance:
  Perform visual inspections and measure parts using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools
• Parts Processing:
  Clean, deburr, count, and package components
• Shop Maintenance:
  Assist with basic machine upkeep (topping off coolant/oil reservoirs, clearing chips/material waste, maintaining a clean workspace)
• Final Assembly:
  Pack finished goods accurately and prepare them for shipment

• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 40 lbs regularly
• Strong mechanical aptitude, focus, and willingness to learn (prior shop experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right person)
• Sharp attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Because precision manufacturing requires high focus and uncompromising safety, we operate a distraction-free shop floor (personal mobile devices are restricted during active shifts). Candidates must be able to pass a standard background check and drug screening prior to employment.
