$19.00/hr - $22.00/hr

• Open and close the store in the absence of store management, ensuring all required systems start-ups, cash handling, and floor/stock room readiness.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change as requested to cash registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience, greeting customers and offering assistance with products and services, and resolving customer issues.
• Assist with and coach other team members on the warehouse and vendor ordering process, including opening the backdoor for vendor deliveries.
• Register all related sales on assigned cash register, including records of scanning errors, price verifications, and voids.
• Assist managers in reviewing order exceptions, reverse logistics, and evaluating/displaying promotional materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and conduct stock rotation using first-in, first-out methods.
• Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products and company policies.
• Assist with bookkeeping activities, including cash reports, ledgers, and bill payments.
• Provide cleaning and maintenance support for interior and exterior store conditions.
• Perform bag checks of team members before leaving the store.
• Complete special assignments and other tasks as assigned.

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).

• Knowledge of store inventory control.
• Consideration of qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
• Valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.
