• Assist with the install of new HVAC systems, ducting, and related accessories.
• Assist with the installation of HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications.
• Pre‑measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation.
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Track repairs and work completed in trade software.
• Engage with customers to inform them of issues, solutions, and outcomes; recommend products and services for optimal system performance.

• 1 year of HVAC installation experience preferred.
• An outstanding work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Professionalism, taking pride in your work and appearance.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and work outdoors.
• Willingness to submit to and pass a pre‑employment background check and drug test.
