Database Manager School

In this key position, you will report to the Senior Vice-President of Advancement and play a crucial role in maximizing fundraising efforts. Ideal candidates will possess strong expertise in Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge NXT, data analytics, and database management. You will also support key advancement services by supporting donor engagement initiatives and ensuring data quality and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage database integrity, security, and quality control

• Administer gift processing and donation coding

• Correctly issue donation receipts for tax purposes

• Perform regular fundraising reconciliations and reports

• Develop and execute queries for fundraising appeals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree minimum

• 5 years of database management experience

• Proficient in Raiser’s Edge and Microsoft Office

• Knowledge of CRA rules is an asset

• Strong data analysis and report generation skills
