Accounts Receivable Specialist

Position Summary :
This role carries elevated responsibility and is accountable for managing end-to-end revenue accounting, direct cost accounting, and reconciliations. The position involves leveraging tools such as Oracle Fusion and Tableau to generate insights, enhance efficiency, and strengthen financial processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end revenue operations, including billing, revenue recognition, and direct cost accounting.
- Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of revenue accounts; proactively identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Work extensively with Oracle Fusion for transaction posting, validation, and financial reporting.
- Drive automation initiatives to improve process efficiency.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and MIS reports using Tableau or Oracle for business insights and management review.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and internal stakeholders to ensure invoices are accurate, complete, and partner-related issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Support month-end close activities and assist with audit requirements related to revenue.
- Contribute to process optimization, system enhancements, and scalable solutions aligned with business growth.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in billing, revenue accounting, and direct cost management.
- Educational qualifications:
Any Graduate or Post Graduate or Inter CA.
- Strong understanding of revenue processes and automation frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with payment gateway and e-commerce reconciliations.
- Proficiency in accounting ERPs, preferably Oracle Fusion.
- Experience coordinating with internal and external auditors.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Manager or in a similar role.
