* Finalization of Quarterly & Annual accounts of SPV's and Parent Company.
* Finalization of Consolidation - Quarterly & Annual accounts along with notes and accounting policies.
* Well versed with Indian Accounting standards (Ind AS )
* Coordinating with Statutory Auditors, Internal auditors etc.
* Mergers and Acquisitions
* Fixed Assets accounting and maintaining FAR.
* Reconciliation of Receivables and payables and Ledger Scrutiny.
* Experience in ERP - SAP, Tally.
