Accountant

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Office Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Days: 6 days a week

EXPERIENCE : 4-5 YEARS

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant to manage our 2 Trust accounts and handle all related financial tasks.

Job Description

The Accountant will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting financial reporting. The role requires attention to detail, timely reporting, and adherence to company policies and legal requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely finalization of balance sheets for 2 Trust accounts

- Prepare and issue donation receipts and 80G certificates to donors

- Perform data entry in Tally and ensure accuracy of financial data

- Prepare payment lists, initiate payments through bank, and maintain records

- Submit weekly financial reports to Trustees and members

- Prepare presentations as required

- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word is essential for reporting and documentation

- File TDS returns and ensure compliance with applicable regulations

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance

Relevant experience as an Accountant

Knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance

Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software

Good analytical and organizational skills

Accuracy, integrity, and ability to meet deadlines
