Accounts Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Accounts Executive to support day-to-day finance operations for Cirkla. This role is critical to maintaining strong accounting hygiene, meeting statutory compliance timelines, and ensuring smooth month-end closures. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, disciplined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, compliance-heavy environment.

What You’ll Do

• Record vendor invoices, expense bills, and journal entries in Zoho Books

• Maintain accounts payable ageing and ensure timely vendor payments

• Assist with accounts receivable tracking and intercompany accounting entries

• Perform bank, GST, and general ledger reconciliations

• Support preparation and filing of GST returns and TDS workings

• Assist with PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance requirements

• Maintain compliance trackers, documentation, and supporting schedules

• Support monthly close activities and timelines

• Prepare schedules and workings for audits and internal reviews

• Ensure accuracy of financial data and readiness of documentation

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting AND CA Inter with CA Articleship experience

• 2–4 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or audit support

• Hands-on experience with accounting software (Zoho Books preferred)

• Working knowledge of GST and TDS compliances

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel

• High attention to detail with strong discipline and ownership

• Comfortable working in an execution-focused role with defined processes

CTC: ₹6–8 Lacs p.a.
