Position: Job Description – Accounting Executive
Position Summary:

RTW Global Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Executive responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations. The role involves handling overhead accounting, salary processing, intercompany invoicing, vendor payments, and employee reimbursement management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting activities related to overhead expenses
• Process salary payments and maintain payroll-related records
• Raise and manage intercompany invoices accurately and on time
• Handle vendor payments related to overheads and services
• Process employee reimbursement payments and maintain supporting documentation
• Ensure accurate accounting entries and proper record-keeping
• Coordinate with internal teams for approvals and accounting clarifications
• Support audits and assist in financial reporting as required

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles
• Hands-on experience in managing day-to-day accounting operations
• Knowledge of overhead accounting, vendor payments, and reimbursements
• Experience with salary processing and intercompany transactions
• Working knowledge of Zoho Books is a strong plus
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Experience in logistics or service-based industry
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
• Good communication and coordination skills
