Responsibilities
- Managing & Updating financial records in Quick Books (Bills, Invoices, Bank Entries)
- Close the books of account periodically (by the 20th of each month)
- Perform GAAP-compliant revenue and expense matching
- Maintain and update inventory tracking using Google Sheets
- Complete account reconciliations and assist with financial reporting
- Assist with other accounting/audit-related tasks as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of accounting experience (e-commerce experience mandatory)
- Proficiency with Quick Books Online and Google Sheets
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in an E-Commerce industry mandatory
- GL experience (Inventory costing experience) mandatory
- MIS experience (preferred)
