Articled Assistant

Role Description  This is a full-time, on-site Articled Assistant role based in Mulund, Mumbai. The Articled Assistant will support audit and assurance engagements, assist in tax computations and filings. Daily responsibilities include working on financial reporting, participating in due diligence exercises, preparing working papers and documentation, and conducting basic research on accounting, tax, and regulatory matters. The role also involves coordinating with clients for information requests, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to consulting, valuations and Virtual CFO-related tasks as required.

Qualifications
Enrollment as an Article trainee under the Chartered Accountancy program (IPCC/Intermediate cleared, as applicable).
Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, taxation, and corporate laws.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort with accounting and tax software.
Ability to analyze financial data, prepare working papers, and maintain detailed documentation.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
