Mutual Funds - Fund Accountant

We are looking for a qualified  Chartered Accountant  with experience in  Mutual Fund Operations ,  Fund Accounting , and  Transaction Reconciliation . The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate  NAV computation ,  fund accounting ,  cash & position reconciliation ,  financial reporting , and compliance with  SEBI  regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Perform and verify  daily NAV calculations , valuation, expense accruals, and fund accounting activities.
Manage  cash, position, and investor transaction reconciliations , including subscriptions, redemptions, dividends, commissions, and scheme accounts.
Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare and review  scheme financial statements , expense ratios, and portfolio reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with  SEBI ,  AMFI , and internal regulatory guidelines while maintaining complete audit documentation.
Coordinate with  Fund Accountants, Custodians, RTAs, Banks, Auditors, and Payment Partners  for seamless operations.
Support statutory and internal audits and ensure timely regulatory reporting.
Monitor management fees, administrative expenses, and other scheme-level financial transactions.

Ideal Candidate
Chartered Accountant ( CA Mandatory )
3-5 years  of experience in  Mutual Fund Operations ,  Fund Accounting ,  NAV Calculation , or  Reconciliation
Strong understanding of  Mutual Fund Accounting ,  SEBI Regulations ,  Financial Reporting , and  Scheme Accounting
Excellent analytical, reconciliation, and stakeholder management skills
High attention to detail with strong problem-solving capabilities
