US Accounting Associate

U.S. Accounting Associate

Core Taxit Solutions LLP is looking for an experienced U.S. Accounting Associate to support accounting and financial reporting for U.S.

-based clients.

Key Responsibilities  Support day-to-day bookkeeping and general ledger accounting for assigned clients.
Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations.
Support the Finance/Accounting team with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
Assist in preparing and reviewing financial statements and supporting schedules.
Record accruals, prepaids, payroll entries, fixed assets, and other accounting adjustments.
Review books for classification errors, unreconciled balances, and unusual transactions.
Prepare accounting work papers and schedules for the U.S. tax team.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to obtain information and resolve accounting discrepancies.
Support and guide junior team members, as needed.

Qualifications  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
5–9 years of relevant accounting experience.
Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and accrual accounting.

Experience with U.S. accounting and U.S.

-based clients preferred.

Experience with Quick Books Online or similar accounting software.
Strong Excel, reconciliation, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a client-service environment.
