About the Role:
Reporting to the US-based Director of Finance/Controller and VP of Operations, the Director of Finance will own end-to-end financial leadership for a three-property Marriott and Hilton portfolio — building and leading a team of 3–4 accounting professionals, serving as the day-to-day finance point of contact for property General Managers, supporting ownership reporting and calls, and establishing the SOPs, controls, and reporting standards for the India finance function.
Must have current, hands on accounting experience.
This is a foundational, builder-track hire operating remotely from India in alignment with

• Serve as secondary point of contact for property GMs on day-to-day financial questions and reporting matters, escalating to the Controller/VP of Operations on owner-facing or sensitive matters
• Proactively flag performance variances, risks, and opportunities to the Controller and VP of Operations ahead of owner conversations Financial Operations
• Own daily, monthly, and annual financial close across all three properties using M3 Accounting

• Comfort participating in owner and asset-management review calls (not solely brand/corporate reporting) — able to speak to financial detail and analysis in real time, even when not leading the conversation
• Prior experience at a Marriott or Hilton GCC, corporate shared services center, multi-property finance role, or managed hotel property in India (Marriott International or Hilton GCC alumni, or property-level Director of Finance background strongly preferred)
