Marketing Administrator

About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised Marketing Administrator to support our marketing team in delivering campaigns across multiple brands within Proactive Global.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in marketing. You’ll begin with hands-on administrative support work, gaining exposure to key marketing channels and learning from an experienced team.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Support:
Assist in the planning, coordination and delivery of marketing campaigns across our websites, social media, email marketing and job boards.
Help maintain content calendars and support the rollout of marketing activity across multiple brands.
Prepare performance reports, helping to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.

Administration & Coordination:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Marketing Team, ensuring all tasks and projects are delivered on time.
Liaise with internal teams and external partners to keep marketing projects on track.
Manage shared folders, assets, and documents to ensure information is accurate and easy to access.

Content & Creative Support:
Assist in updating websites and social channels with approved content.
Support the production of email campaigns, newsletters and digital materials.
Help organise marketing materials for events and campaigns.

What We’re Looking For:

A genuine interest in marketing and a willingness to learn.
Strong administrative and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Creative mindset with the ability to contribute ideas.
Ability to prioritise and work under pressure when deadlines approach.

Desirable (but not essential):
Basic knowledge of social media or email marketing tools.
Experience using website content management systems (CMS).
Previous administrative experience in a busy office environment.
A marketing, communications, or related qualification (or studying towards one).
