We’re looking for a driven, people-oriented Executive Assistant who enjoys working closely with founders, creating structure, and being part of meaningful work.
If you’re curious about neuroscience, human behaviour, and growth, and you like being at the centre of action—this role is for you.
What you'll be doing everyday?
- Work closely with founders on daily priorities and execution
- Manage schedules, follow-ups, coordination, and communication
- Be a key point of contact between clients, team, and partners
- Bring order, clarity, and momentum to fast-moving work
