JOB DESCRIPTION – Executive Assistant / Business Analyst to Group CEO
Provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the Group CEO
Manage an extremely active calendar; plan, coordinate, and ensure schedules are followed and optimized
Draft, review, and manage correspondence; monitor emails and respond where appropriate
Organize meetings including agendas, scheduling, logistics, participants, and documentation
Prepare travel plans, itineraries, and expense reports to support effective business engagements
Track, prioritize, and follow up on sensitive and confidential matters addressed to the Group CEO
Serve as a communication bridge between the Group CEO and internal/external stakeholders
Keep the Group CEO informed of commitments, risks, and emerging internal or external issues
Prepare briefing notes, presentations, and summaries for meetings and reviews
Maintain proper documentation, records, and filing for the Group CEO’s office
Travel with the Group CEO when required to support meetings and capture key discussions

Financial Planning, Analysis & Risk Support
Monitor financial performance against plan and highlight key variances
Coordinate with Finance and Business teams for data consolidation and assumptions
Assist in cost tracking, expense control, and efficiency improvement initiatives
Support risk assessment for major projects, investments, and strategic initiatives
Track closure of audit points, financial action items, and risk mitigation plans

Behavioural Attributes & Skills Required
Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant to the top management
Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Excellent documentation, note-taking, and organizational skills
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail with ability to handle multiple priorities
Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management capability
